I'm linking you to a piece that I'm particularly fond of. I'm constantly writing and drawing. I design characters all the time and post them here for you to see and I'm constantly writing stories for the characters within those designs to occupy. But I have yet to put them together. I don't have the budget or resources to make a full-fledged cartoon about these personalities or their stories. Hell, I've been considering making a comic but even that seems unlikely even if it is more doable. I haven't attempted it yet, as I'm a perfectionist and I second-guess my writing all the time. Until I feel ready, or I'm convinced that I don't NEED to be ready and just take the leap, none of you will see what I've truly got inside this head of mine. Not that any of it is something you'd consider nuanced, but compared to all the goofy crap I make into cartoons, it's a different level of my talents that I want to share. What I CAN share is a small rendering of one of these moments. It's a glimpse into what want to show you. It's a bit flat but I'm not worried about how it looks as I am about what it conveys.
